Online calisthenics coach in Washington State for men 30+

I'm Romain, a calisthenics coach working remotely with men across Washington State. Whether you're in Seattle or elsewhere, I build your training around your current strength, recovery and schedule so you can work toward a muscle-up, handstand or front lever without depending on a studio or a fixed class timetable.

  • A personalised plan works with your available space and equipment, including indoor options for rainy days.
  • Send videos of your sets on Pacific Time; get clear technique corrections and answers within 24 hours.
  • Work toward sustainable strength and bodyweight skills while respecting recovery after 30.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer calisthenics coaching in Seattle and Washington State?

Yes, fully online. You can train in Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Spokane or elsewhere in Washington State. I do not offer in-person sessions or operate a local studio.

How does the coaching work on Pacific Time?

Your workouts happen when they suit you on Pacific Time. Send me videos of your sets and questions asynchronously; I respond within 24 hours, so we do not need to be online at the same moment.

Can I train indoors when the weather makes outdoor sessions difficult?

Yes. The plan can be adapted for home, a building gym or a local gym. Tell me what equipment and space you have, and I'll choose exercises you can perform there.

Is this suitable if I am starting again after 40?

Yes. We begin at your current level and account for your recovery and past training, rather than jumping to advanced skills. Jérôme achieved his first front lever at 49; your timeline will depend on your starting point and consistency.

What do I need to get started?
