I'm Romain. I help busy men in San Francisco and the Bay Area work toward the muscle-up, handstand and front lever through 1:1 online coaching. No commute across the city and no fixed class time: you train where you are, while your plan is built around your body, your equipment and the hours you actually have.

Frequently asked questions
Is the coaching in person in San Francisco?
No. I coach remotely, so you can train at home, in a Bay Area park or wherever you have a pull-up bar and space. There is no San Francisco studio or in-person appointment.
Can I train around a busy Bay Area work schedule?
Yes. We plan sessions around your available days rather than forcing a fixed class time. Send your training videos when you finish; I review your technique and reply within 24 hours.
How do you adapt training for men over 30?
I start with your current strength, mobility and recovery, then select progressions you can repeat consistently. The aim is to build the foundation for skills like the muscle-up and handstand without treating every workout as a maximal effort.
How does coaching work across time zones?
You train on Pacific Time at the hour that suits you. The program and video feedback are asynchronous, so you do not need to match my schedule for each workout. I reply within 24 hours.
Do I need a gym or weights?
No traditional gym is required. We adapt your plan to what you have, such as a pull-up bar, floor space and optional parallettes or rings. Your first assessment helps determine your starting point.
