Frequently asked questions

Is this online calisthenics coaching for men over 30?

Yes. I coach men aged 30 to 60 and adapt every progression to your current strength, mobility, recovery and training history — not to what a younger athlete can tolerate.

Do you coach clients in California?

Yes. Coaching is 100% online, so I work with men in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and anywhere else in California on Pacific Time.

Why am I stuck even though I already train?

The usual problem is not effort. It is a weak link, poor exercise selection, too much volume or a progression that does not match your level. In week one, I identify the exact issue and rebuild the plan around it.

How does video feedback work?

You film your working sets and send them to me. I review your technique, tell you exactly what is wrong and what to fix, and reply within 24 hours.

Can I train with a demanding job and family schedule?

Yes. Your sessions are built around the days and time you actually have. Every workout has a purpose, so you can progress consistently without wasting sessions.

What result is possible after 40?

Progress depends on your starting point and consistency, but age does not rule out advanced skills. Jérôme held his first front lever for more than six seconds at 49 after two months of coaching.
